Job Description
Outcast is hiring a Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist in New York, NY (hybrid) to translate business goals into integrated, insight-led cross-channel campaigns across paid media, social, influencer, and content, with a salary range of USD 90,000 - 140,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cross-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, spanning social, paid media, influencer partnerships, content, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to uncover business goals, audience profiles, and competitive context, tailoring strategies to produce measurable results.
- Work with creative, paid media, analytics, and influencer teams to craft and launch integrated campaigns.
- Turn data and insights into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and boost performance.
- Contribute to new business pitches by shaping strategy decks and communicating the agency's digital approach and value proposition.
- Keep pace with evolving digital trends, platform changes, and best practices to propose forward-thinking ideas.
- Track core KPIs and deliver clear reports and insights to both internal teams and clients.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, expectation management, and delivery of strategies that build trust and deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; certifications such as Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot are a plus.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of creating and executing multi-channel strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, translating complex strategies into clear, actionable plans.
- Growth-oriented, collaborative mindset with a passion for helping clients and teammates succeed.
- Availability to work two days per week from one of the office hubs in San Francisco or New York.
