Cricut's Digital Marketing team is seeking an Associate Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale influencer programs with hands-on experience across sourcing, vetting, negotiating, content review, and managing paid usage rights.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer sourcing and screening for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, evaluating creators against CPV, engagement rate, audience demographics, content quality, and brand fit.
- Manage outreach and ongoing communications with influencers or their managers from initial contact through content approval and wrap-up, ensuring clarity and professionalism at every stage.
- Negotiate compensation, contracts, usage rights, and exclusivity terms to align with campaign goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with the paid social agency to enable dark posting, ad codes, and the use of influencer content in paid campaigns.
- Provide clear, strategic, and detailed creative feedback to help influencers express Cricut messaging in an authentic and effective way.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PR, social, product marketing, and digital to align influencer efforts with major brand moments and product launches.
- Track influencer performance metrics and assess content effectiveness to inform optimization.
- Administer influencer payments and maintain proper documentation for finance and legal teams.
- Ensure all influencer content complies with FTC guidelines and platform disclosure requirements.
- Foster strong creator relationships to drive loyalty, repeat collaborations, and long-term brand advocacy.
- Stay informed on emerging influencer trends, platform shifts, and new talent to keep programs fresh and innovative.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of direct influencer marketing experience, whether in-house or at an agency.
- Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from outreach through performance reporting.
- Experience vetting influencers using performance data and brand alignment criteria.
- Strong understanding of paid usage rights, dark posting, ad codes, and exclusivity terms in influencer agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate feedback and campaign expectations clearly.
- Outstanding project management and interpersonal abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling influencer payments and basic budget tracking.
