Job Description

Hilton seeks a Manager, Influencer Marketing in McLean, VA to lead influencer strategy development and end-to-end campaign delivery, with a salary range of USD 85,000 - 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, covering pre-planning (creator sourcing, scoping, budgeting, coordination), activation (briefing, creative development, media amplification), and post-campaign needs (asset management, reporting).
  • Establish foundational processes within teams while maintaining transparency and clear expectations.
  • Identify and evaluate creators using deep knowledge of the creator space, aligning with Hilton priorities, social trends, and upcoming cultural moments.
  • Manage cross-team communication, including talent-facing briefing calls, concepting with agencies, and guiding hotels on influencer best practices.
  • Support the production of influencer reports within the measurement framework, translating performance into a business impact story.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Social, Marketing, Media, Partnerships, Content) on creator selection, creative concepting, and media and platform strategy.
  • Work closely with the influencer agency to manage all aspects of campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure influencer strategy is represented in broader Enterprise marketing.
  • Guide hotel teams through the process, ensuring they see value and understand influencer marketing best practices.
  • Lead campaign execution and deliver media assets for brand, commercial, and audience-led influencer campaigns and programs.
  • Oversee execution of always-on content creator programming.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing to align on commercial priorities and leverage creators to drive consideration for Hilton hotels and destinations.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of work experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social or digital.
  • Experience leading breakthrough, dynamic campaigns and programs to deliver on business objectives.
  • Strong ability to collaborate internally and externally, building positive relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Creative and proactive thinker with a passion for developing and delivering big ideas.
  • Keep pulse on the latest influencer marketing trends, including rising creators, resonant content types, and brands doing it well and why.
  • Experience with influencer and or social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch, etc.).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Interest in and passion for leading others.
