Bilingual Spanish Creator Marketing Coordinator

This onsite role in Deer Park, NY offers an opportunity to grow with a team that values bilingual communication, creative collaboration, and data-driven storytelling. Responsibilities

• Support the development of creator collaborations for TikTok and other social platforms by identifying potential creators, conducting outreach and pitches, negotiating contracts, onboarding, tracking deliverables, processing payments, and maintaining the brand's creator database and community.
• Assist in crafting customized content plans and review creators' content to ensure high quality and on-brand delivery.
• Collaborate with external creator agencies, ad hoc creator engagements, marketing initiatives, and TikTok Shop operations.
• Help create both creator-facing and consumer-facing promotional materials.
• Analyze top performing creator videos and contribute to creator video briefs and sample story angles.

• Fluency in English and Spanish with professional communication across creators, agencies, consumers, and internal teams.

• 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing, creator marketing, content production or related fields.
• A blend of creative instinct with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into product storytelling and marketing initiatives with strong writing skills.
• Understanding of current TikTok trends, viral video styles, and AI content generation tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas independently or with others.
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and AI content generation tools.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing, creator marketing, content production or related fields.
