Content Marketing & UGC Coordinator (Part-Time)

OZEAN INTERNATIONAL INC is seeking a part-time Content Marketing & UGC Coordinator to help drive high-performing native short-form content for the US market. This hybrid role in San Marino, CA focuses on building creative concepts, coordinating production, and working with local creators and models to produce TikTok and Instagram videos. You will also track performance data and refine creative angles based on what performs.

What you’ll do

• Own the development of actionable short-form video briefs, including hooks and visual direction, and propose clear production budgets per project or on a monthly basis.
• Source, vet, and reach out to local US creators, campus ambassadors, and freelance models through TikTok and Instagram.
• Manage key coordination tasks such as negotiations, sample seeding, creative briefs, and shoot schedules.
• Review video drafts to ensure final edits match a native US aesthetic and pacing suitable for short-form platforms.
• Monitor video performance, then iterate by refining creator criteria and creative angles using real data.

What you bring

• Strong platform fluency: you live on TikTok and Reels and can spot viral US hooks, humor, and lifestyle formats.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with creators and models.
• Ability to set timelines, keep creators accountable, and deliver work on time and within budget without needing hand-holding.
• An existing network of creators or students, or direct experience with influencer seeding/UGC management (nice to have).
