Outdoor Personia is a design-focused team with multiple hubs across New England, looking for a Digital Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to drive performance campaigns and refine how we engage clients from first inquiry through post-sale. This onsite role in Hanover, MA offers a competitive salary between $58,000 and $70,000 per year and a chance to shape paid media, SEO, AEO, and automated client communications across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads, manage budgets, and report ROI.
  • Own the SEO strategy and execution, including on-page optimization, local SEO, content structure, and technical health, to grow organic visibility.
  • Develop AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) practices to ensure content performs well in AI-driven search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
  • Monitor and report campaign and channel performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards, using insights to continually optimize spend and content.
  • Support the creation of supplementary content (social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, graphics, and short-form video) to fuel paid and organic campaigns.
  • Design and maintain HubSpot workflows that move leads from first contact through the sales process, including automated follow-ups, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and handoff notifications.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure a seamless handoff from HubSpot to Buildertrend after client sign, maintaining clear project communication and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve response times, personalize communication, and reduce manual work across the client journey from inquiry to post-sale reviews.
  • Maintain and improve email and text templates, review-generation sequences, and post-sale communications to boost client satisfaction and referrals.
  • Track client experience metrics such as response time, satisfaction, and review volume, and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining website content using WordPress and Elementor, with SEO and AEO best practices in mind.
  • Manage and maintain the company's digital asset library and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed for campaign or content support.
  • Create engaging content including copy for blogs, social posts, email campaigns, and landing pages aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social graphics, and website elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless website management, technical SEO implementation (CSS, HTML, JavaScript), and integration of marketing automation tools.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and develop strategies to foster engagement across diverse audiences.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online platforms, and applying conversion optimization techniques.
  • Travel approximately 25 percent to support activities near our three New England Design Centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, plus working knowledge of SEO. CRM-driven client communication (HubSpot preferred) is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, budget management, reporting).
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools and practices (Google Search Console, keyword research, on-page optimization); familiarity with AEO concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for workflow automation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend (or similar project management software) a plus, or willingness to learn quickly.
