Job Description

The Marketing Specialist role in Watertown, MA follows a hybrid work model and focuses on driving growth and profitability through campaign optimization, performance analysis, and ongoing refinement of the marketing strategy. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the senior marketing lead and the recruitment team to achieve company goals through search, display, video, and social media advertising
  • Manage media buys by building and updating campaigns on Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Bing, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn self-serve ad platforms
  • Analyze full-funnel advertising performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Develop, create, and test ads for evergreen campaigns as well as new studies and locations
  • Review and propose enhancements to the Adams Clinical website, company listings, online participant reviews, and other web properties
  • Assist in managing sponsor and IRB creative approval and revision processes
  • Stay informed about digital trends and tools, bringing new opportunities, products, and placements to the team to strengthen campaigns

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience managing large budgets across multiple ad platforms
  • Extensive hands-on experience with self-serve online ad platforms
  • Familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Wordpress, Squarespace, Instapage, or an equivalent CMS to design and optimize landing pages
  • Experience writing ad copy and performing basic design work in Canva or an equivalent tool
  • Understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and conversion rate
  • Experience conducting full-funnel and cohort analyses based on lead age, platform, location, and related factors
  • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
