Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist role at ABS in Houston, TX centers on creating and managing digital channel programs that build brand awareness and convert prospects using suitable technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and stage communications leveraging content management systems, email automation, and marketing platforms.
  • Support the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads and paid search campaigns to increase traffic and visibility across digital channels.
  • Monitor trends, data, usage, competitors, and market conditions; recommend and implement actions to improve ABS digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Execute email campaigns, manage event registration forms, and develop event landing pages in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing Managers.
  • Build and maintain email marketing lists and segments to ensure database health and targeted communications.
  • Experiment with new digital marketing tools and tactics to deliver engaging content and expand digital channels.
  • Help ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Adhere to digital privacy compliance regulations on projects.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager, business units, and other staff to advance ABS marketing automation practices and programs.
  • Foster positive relationships across the organization to support a strong collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in communications or public relations.
  • Experience in digital marketing within a globally operating organization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software, content management systems, event registration platforms, and Google and/or LinkedIn management tools.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to communicate metrics and ROI.
  • Experience with segmentation, list management, Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads, and campaign execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to develop working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, related instructions, and the ABS Employee Safety Policy.
