Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Iron Health is seeking a part-time Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to build physician referral and community relationships in Westchester while managing Meta and Google Ads to generate inbound leads. This hybrid role blends field outreach with remote work and reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other referral sources in Westchester
- Coordinate and run in-office in-services and lunch-and-learns at physician practices
- Develop and nurture community relationships through cross events with other companies
- Source events and assist with setting up and staffing
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns — audiences, creatives, budgets, and A/B tests
- Manage Google Ads (Search and Local Service Ads) — keywords, call tracking, negative keywords, performance
- Send weekly affiliate and partner outreach emails
- Track and report on KPIs weekly — cost per lead, CACO, conversion rates, MD contacts
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — you have built and optimized campaigns, not just boosted posts
- Working knowledge of Google Ads — search campaigns, conversion tracking, call reporting
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills — you can write a professional outreach email without it being reviewed
- Self-directed and organized — you don’t need daily hand-holding to get things done
- Able to travel between our Westchester offices (Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Peekskill)
- Healthcare marketing or B2B sales experience is a major plus

THE ROLE
We are looking for a part-time Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to own two priorities: building physician referral relationships and community relationships in the Westchester area, and managing our Meta and Google Ads to generate and convert inbound leads. You will work closely with the CEO and have direct visibility into the impact of your work.

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- $20–$25/hour depending on experience
- 25–38 hours per week
- Hybrid: in-person Westchester + remote
