Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Stone Craft is seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator in Tea, SD (onsite). This role supports local business growth by building a stronger presence on Facebook and Instagram, promoting countertop and stone fabrication work through consistent, on-brand content.

You’ll help turn everyday projects into marketing assets by capturing photos and videos on-site, creating promotional posts, and coordinating campaign content with the sales team. The schedule is flexible part-time hours coordinated with management, and pay is $20 to $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow Stone Craft’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Create and schedule content including posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials.
• Photograph and film stone slabs, showroom displays, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes work.
• Design graphics, flyers, and advertisements using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions that reflect the brand and highlight products.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate promotions and featured projects with the sales team.
• Monitor messages and comments, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Track engagement and recommend ways to increase visibility and generate leads.
• Support additional marketing efforts, including email campaigns and website updates.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Comfort creating short-form video content, including reels, as well as photo-based marketing.
• Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through.
• A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, or interior design is a plus.
