Job Description

This onsite role supports the President of Digital Marketing in managing day-to-day activities across client websites, social media, email campaigns, graphic design, and digital advertising for local business clients. The position is based on site in Carefree, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish social content for client accounts on Facebook and Instagram
  • Build and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact
  • Design social media graphics, email headers, and marketing materials in Canva
  • Assist with building, updating, and maintaining client websites primarily on WordPress
  • Extract and interpret reports from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
  • Register new client websites with Google, Bing, and Apple Maps during onboarding
  • Serve as a supportive point of contact for a portfolio of existing hosting clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand services for current clients
  • Participate in client consultations and discovery meetings alongside senior team members
  • Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and output quality

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or agency support preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook for Business, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact for email campaigns
  • Proficiency with Canva for social media graphics and marketing materials
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Google Search Console
  • Experience with WordPress (page editing, content updates, basic plugin management)
  • Strong written communication skills and a client-friendly, professional tone
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines at once
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and a curiosity for how they can sharpen marketing work
