Job Description
SpaceManager Closets in Houston is seeking an inbound digital marketing manager to own and grow the full funnel program, including blog, video, email, social, and paid search, with a videographer reporting to this role and supervision of a Google/Meta ads agency; the position reports to the CEO.
Compensation
USD 70,000 - 90,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy that consistently generates qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
- Own the editorial calendar and publishing cadence: 3 SEO optimized blog posts per week, a biweekly email newsletter, and daily social content on LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Build and manage HubSpot assets: lead nurturing workflows, landing pages, CTAs, segmented email campaigns, and weekly pipeline reporting to the CEO.
- Oversee the third party PPC agency handling Google Ads and Meta Ads; set direction, define lead quality standards, review weekly performance, and ensure CPL and ROAS targets are met.
- Direct the videographer: craft content briefs, shot lists, conduct creative reviews, and approve materials before publication.
- Track and report full-funnel inbound performance: organic traffic, keyword rankings, email engagement, social-sourced leads, paid CPL, and lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of building and scaling inbound programs that generate real, qualified leads (not just traffic).
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: implemented workflows, deployed email sequences, launched landing pages, and owned pipeline reporting.
- Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis; understands the difference between content that ranks and content that converts.
- Enough familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads to critically assess agency performance and challenge numbers when needed.
- Strong writing ability: craft compelling, buyer-centric blog posts and sharp email nurture sequences in a single session.
- Experience managing a direct report or external vendor against clear performance metrics.
- Comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on execution; able to think in funnels and still publish.
