Job Description
An onsite Digital Marketing Manager role with Innovative Products of America, IPA Tools, is based in Woodstock, NY. The position oversees multi-channel marketing, pay-per-click management, content creation, and product promotion within an automotive manufacturing context. Compensation ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, and candidates should bring a minimum of five years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute organic and paid content strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, emphasizing vertical video pacing, trending hooks, and community engagement around mechanical and automotive products.
- Plan, oversee, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads budgets; monitor ROAS and CPA, and perform ongoing A/B testing on creatives.
- Lead the design of promotional assets for product launches, producing premium graphics, catalog assets, and distributor flyers using Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Own the video production process from concept to delivery; direct shoots and edit product demonstrations, troubleshooting guides, and promotional shorts with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Manage website assets, refine UI/UX for intuitive navigation, and develop landing pages with strong conversion potential.
- Design and automate segmented email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional schedules, product announcements, and customer loyalty flows.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional digital marketing experience, supported by a portfolio showcasing recent campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Advanced video editing skills for both short-form content (TikTok, Reels) and long-form content (YouTube, webinars).
- Hands-on experience with Google PPC, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience using automated email platforms for B2B and B2C communications (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
