Marketing Assistant

Nirvana Center Dispensaries seeks a dependable, organized, and technically savvy Marketing Assistant to support the corporate Marketing Department onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Marketing Department, including maintaining marketing calendars, organizing files, tracking projects, and coordinating promotional materials
• Support updates across marketing channels, including websites, digital menus, social media platforms, promotional systems, and other marketing-related applications
• Create and edit basic marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, promotional advertisements, and digital content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
• Assist with scheduling social media posts, preparing email/SMS campaigns, uploading content, and completing routine technical marketing tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect promotional information, keep marketing materials accurate, and help ensure assigned projects are executed on time
• Track marketing activities, help prepare basic reports, and support campaigns, events, and other departmental initiatives

Requirements

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs and digital platforms
• Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applications
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and complete assignments accurately and on time

Preferred Qualifications

Location and Compensation

• Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite)
• Salary: USD 45,000–55,000 per year
