Job Description

Palmilla Beach by McCombs Properties is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who helps keep marketing moving across both digital and onsite channels. This onsite role in Port Aransas, TX supports day-to-day campaigns, content production, and brand consistency, helping strengthen the Palmilla Beach presence where guests discover, engage, and return.

The position offers an annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000 and is a great fit for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience who enjoys taking ownership of content, schedules, and performance reporting.

What you will do

  • Support the Marketing Lead with marketing plans, campaigns, content calendars, and deadlines.
  • Capture, edit, and publish photo and video content featuring Palmilla Beach homes, amenities, and community life.
  • Create and manage social content, including reels, short-form videos, stories, and static posts, and schedule/publish approved updates through Meta Business Suite.
  • Build and refresh website pages, landing pages, promotions, and event listings using the website CMS.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Help maintain consistent brand standards, visuals, and messaging.
  • Assist with email campaigns and support database growth; help promote events and capture content when needed.
  • Organize marketing assets and report on social media and campaign performance.

What you bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience creating and editing photo and video content for digital platforms.
  • Hands-on ability to build and update WordPress pages using Elementor and Gutenberg, including landing pages, promotions, and event listings.
  • Strong writing, visual storytelling, organization, and communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across teams.
  • Willingness to work onsite and capture content in a fast-paced environment.
