Marketing Communications Coordinator

Aoak Media Group is hiring a Marketing Communications Coordinator to help strengthen brand presence across digital channels and support day-to-day marketing communication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule recurring social media updates and announcements for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Support the creation of branded marketing materials, including graphics, one-sheets, and newsletters, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist with basic website content updates, including blog formatting and promotional copy.
• Track post engagement and basic traffic metrics, then compile monthly performance summaries.
• Monitor incoming inquiries and comments across digital channels and route them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain organized digital marketing asset libraries and related documentation.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital content creation, or social media management.
• Strong skills in written communication, editing, and proofreading.
• Hands-on familiarity with content design tools including Canva and Photoshop (or similar).
• Experience scheduling posts using social media management platforms, including Meta Business Suite.
• Basic familiarity with web analytics or email marketing platforms is helpful.
• Strong organization and the ability to reliably manage task deadlines.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
