Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology Manager
Job Description
The Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology Manager oversees Hope For The Heart’s digital strategy, analytics, and MarTech ecosystem, ensuring that digital systems and data support organizational goals across departments.
Responsibilities
- Track day-to-day and intraday performance across digital platforms, campaigns, and systems to maintain alignment with strategic goals.
- Create and sustain reporting cadences—daily, weekly, and per-campaign—evaluating marketing efforts, KPIs, budget pacing, and revenue outcomes.
- Evaluate digital marketing spend and returns to support financial stewardship and informed decision-making.
- Utilize testing and optimization methods such as A/B testing, experimentation, segmentation, and attribution analysis to improve channel effectiveness.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable findings and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Examine constituent behavior and digital journeys across multiple touchpoints to identify trends and opportunities for personalization and engagement.
- Oversee the ministry’s marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and donation platforms.
- Drive and support digital marketing initiatives across email, paid social, search, display, SMS, database-driven campaigns, and SEO.
- Direct the strategy, creation, testing, and deployment of donation pages to improve donor experience and conversion performance.
- Provide technical and execution support for donation and non-donation page builds to back ministry initiatives.
- Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks aligned with business and ministry objectives.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify challenges, close performance gaps, and build upon successful initiatives.
- Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and interface with external vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in analytics and/or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey HFTH events and initiatives to the public via phone, fax, email, letters, and in-person visits.
- Strong marketing technology capabilities, including experience with Google Analytics, Google Grant, Meta, and a range of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Experience with HubSpot is required; certifications are preferred.
- Experience with donation platforms such as Fundraise Up and Virtuous.
- Proficiency in HTML and page-building tools.

The Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology (MarTech) Manager provides ministry-wide oversight and strategic support for Hope for the Heart’s digital platforms, analytics, and marketing technology ecosystem. This role supports strategic decision-making, execution, and optimization across departments by ensuring that digital systems, data, and insights are aligned with organizational goals, stewardship responsibilities, and the mission of Hope for the Heart. Note: This position is in-office at The Hope Center in Plano, Texas.
