Job Description

This position leads marketing and field enablement initiatives for the Chase Auto Branch Marketing team and supports branch colleagues and the in-branch customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Auto Branch business goals into marketing assets that clearly convey the value proposition and support marketing objectives
  • Partner with cross line-of-business teams to pinpoint and execute new marketing opportunities for brand awareness and lead generation
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Campaign Management, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory for Auto and Consumer Banking
  • Work with Auto partners to identify themes from banker feedback and complaints, drive resolutions, and close the loop with stakeholders
  • Create high-quality content for print, visual, and video campaigns to educate and train bankers, branch leadership, and in-branch customers
  • Maintain and recertify existing branch marketing content for banker education and training
  • Develop polished Auto Branch presentations and resources for bankers
  • Track performance of key initiatives by reviewing engagement, referrals, applications, and other metrics; apply insights to improve materials
  • Identify AI opportunities by proactively building agents to address Auto Branch needs efficiently
  • Support evolving Branch Marketing needs, including launches, refreshes, and rapid-response communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in marketing, journalism, training, or content marketing experience
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Effective and confident communicator with diverse stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously and perform under tight deadlines
  • Proactive mindset for problem solving and developing new solutions
