Client Services Martech (Marketing Technology)
Job Description
Equity Union Real Estate is seeking a Client Services Martech professional based in Sherman Oaks, CA to support agents throughout the Los Angeles region in a role that blends client services, marketing technology, and hospitality-first onboarding. This position serves as a hands-on resource for new agent integration, CRM readiness, and ongoing technology adoption, while also helping keep regional office operations and company events running smoothly.
Working fully onsite, you will guide agents from first contact through training on the tools that support their growth, including CRM workflows, marketing resources, and agent touch programs. You will also represent Equity Union professionally at offices and events, creating a positive, memorable experience for agents and guests.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for new agents joining the Los Angeles region, supporting step-by-step onboarding and helping them connect with company culture.
- Meet one-on-one with agents to understand their needs and provide training on company technology.
- Import new agents’ contacts and past clients into the company CRM, cleaning and organizing data so it is ready from day one.
- Set up agent accounts, profiles, and access across company technology and back-office tools.
- Introduce agents to company offerings, including Wonderland Escrow, Premier Plus Lending, the title company, DoUCopy, and company marketing resources.
- Run regular check-ins after onboarding and continue supporting agents throughout their time with the company, not only during an initial 90-day window.
- Serve as a regional expert on the company CRM and train agents to use it to grow their business.
- Simplify back-office processes by building how-to guides and answering questions in person to keep tools easy to use.
- Assist agents with Google Business Profile setup and optimization, including building a consistent flow of online reviews.
- Help agents configure automated client touches, drip campaigns, and follow-up plans inside the CRM.
- Train agents one-on-one and in small groups on company technology, back-office systems, and support tools.
- Track technology adoption across the region and help raise adoption rates for every company tool.
- Support launches of client-touch programs such as newsletters, market updates, social posts, and anniversary or birthday touches.
- Collect agent feedback on technology and share it with leadership to improve tools and training.
- Deliver a high level of service with a hospitality mindset, responding to questions and requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow up proactively so agents never feel left behind or unsupported, and resolve issues or route them to the right team.
- Visit offices across the region to provide in-person support and drive hands-on assistance.
- Maintain a professional, organized workspace and complete general administrative tasks as needed.
- Support company leadership with projects, initiatives, and agent communication in the Los Angeles region.
- Help plan, coordinate, and run company events, including trainings, classes, agent celebrations, recruiting events, and community activities.
- Set up conference rooms and prepare materials for meetings, classes, and events.
- Manage event logistics such as registration, setup, technology, QR check-ins, signage, and follow-up.
- Represent Equity Union professionally and help create a memorable experience for agents and guests.
