Job Description

Mount Sinai Medical Center - Florida offers a senior operational leadership role for professionals who want to shape multi-channel advertising and brand execution across service lines. You will oversee campaign lifecycles, strengthen marketing performance through reporting and insights, and collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to keep initiatives accurate, on time, and aligned with organizational brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the department’s master marketing calendar and oversee the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns across service lines, physician groups, and organizational initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with advertising agencies, media partners, production vendors, photographers, printers, and other external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor performance across campaign effectiveness, website activity, patient engagement, and reputation management metrics, then provide recommendations for creative, messaging, audience targeting, media allocation, and future strategy.
  • Prepare concise monthly and quarterly reports for marketing leadership, highlighting active campaigns, KPIs, outcomes, insights, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
  • Represent the marketing department during physician onboarding, coordinating biography development, photography, website profile creation and updates, business listings, and other digital directory needs.
  • Lead the physician and service line photography program, including coverage plans and coordination of physicians, office managers, clinical leaders, models or talent, photographers, schedules, releases, shot lists, approvals, and asset organization.
  • Conduct routine audits across hospital campuses, physician offices, and satellite locations to keep signage, displays, collateral, and other patient-facing materials current, professionally presented, and compliant with brand standards. Coordinate removal or replacement of outdated, damaged, unauthorized, or inaccurate materials.
  • Maintain visibility into active projects and campaign timelines, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement tracking and reporting processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and execution.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment to identify opportunities and potential issues while building strong working relationships with physicians, operational leaders, clinical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
