The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist role at Sprout focuses on driving traffic to our Shopify store, enhancing lead generation, SEO, and conversion rates, and using data-driven insights to optimize processes. The position emphasizes a customer-first approach tailored to parents, caregivers, and children, and is based on site in Provo, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Drive traffic to our Shopify online store and encourage repeat visits
- Continuously improve lead generation, SEO, and conversion rate performance
- Record, review, and analyze data to refine processes for strategic initiatives
- Uphold Sprout values while enhancing established standards and workflows
- Deliver a customer-focused voice that addresses the needs of parents, caregivers, and children
Requirements
- Experience managing Shopify including listings, templates, design, SEO optimization, accessibility, and add-ons
- Email marketing experience with platforms such as Klavio
- Experience managing Google Ads
- 2 years of SEO experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or education preferred in fields such as marketing or graphic design
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to write succinctly, persuasively, and aligned with our mission to help parents create spaces that foster independence, creativity, and resilience in children
- Experience with social media and Google Suite
- Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback
- High attention to detail
- Desire to continuously improve personal skills as well as the systems and processes of the work

Hours and compensation
Compensation: $23-$26.50 per hour, DOE. Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, onsite. Compensation can increase over time as you grow into new skills. Relevant prior experience aligned with our training areas will be considered in the initial offer.
