Marketing and Sales

BesTitle Agency, Inc. is hiring a full-time Marketing and Sales team member to support its Lexington and Louisville offices through hands-on engagement in the real estate community. This onsite role focuses on daily in-person conversations with realtors and lenders, helping connect both sides to the office while supporting marketing, service quality, presentations, and customer issue resolution.

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary presence for the Lexington and Louisville offices within the real estate community.
• Act as a communication bridge between realtors, lenders, and the office.
• Interact daily with primary target groups, including realtors and lenders.
• Monitor and support quality of service through ongoing observation and coordination.
• Deliver public speaking and presentations covering services and price points.
• Prospect new relationships to expand outreach.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and help drive solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in a CRM tool by documenting interactions, calls, text messages, meetings, and client information to improve individualized marketing.
• Provide input on potential changes to services, policies, and processes to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Outgoing individual with impeccable communication skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Positive attitude and engaging personality required.
• Marketing: 1 year (Required).
• Driver’s License (Required).
• Lexington, KY: Relocate before starting work (Required).
• 50% willingness to travel (Required).
• Work location: In person.
