Sales & Marketing Administrator

This immediate, full-time opportunity with a construction client through Staffing Partners offers a structured schedule and hands-on support across sales and marketing. The role is based onsite in Stanislaus County, CA (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock area), Monday through Friday with core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (may be flexible). Responsibilities

• Assist with new home sales support and customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update lead and customer databases to support follow-up and reporting.
• Support marketing campaigns and community events.
• Prepare sales documents, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
• Coordinate appointments and assist with customer follow-up.
• Provide support for escrow processes and assist with transaction paperwork.
• Deliver ongoing administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, administrative, or related role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Knowledge of marketing, social media, and advertising concepts is preferred.
• Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Location: Stanislaus County, CA (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock area), onsite
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (may be flexible)
• Pay: $22.00 to $25.00/HR (DOE)
