Marketing & Leasing Manager

XFD Real Estate is seeking a Marketing & Leasing Manager for an onsite role in Rogers, AR (72758). This position blends leasing operations with hands-on marketing, helping strengthen occupancy, expand brand visibility, and support a positive resident experience. You’ll coordinate day-to-day leasing activity while also supporting campaign execution and community engagement.

What you’ll do

• Lead engaging property tours for walk-ins and scheduled appointments
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, text, and email to support lead conversions
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date in AppFolio, including lead notes, statuses, and progress
• Support leasing paperwork and help maintain audit-compliant lease files
• Assist with renewal efforts by communicating leasing deadlines and specials effectively
• Support digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive visibility and interest
• Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to deploy creative assets and track KPIs
• Assist with on-campus tabling, brand ambassador programs, and university outreach
• Distribute promotional materials and maintain relationships with university partners
• Manage property social media accounts, including scheduling content, responding to comments, and maintaining engagement
• Create and post original content that aligns with seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate and promote resident events in collaboration with leasing and resident services
• Support online reputation management through review platforms (for example, Opiniion)
• Maintain leasing trackers, daily activity logs, and marketing performance reports
• Compile weekly and monthly reporting on lead traffic, conversion, campaign performance, and competitor analysis
• Monitor market trends and update CRM information related to marketing and referrals

What you bring

• 2 years of property leasing experience (Required)
• 2 years of social media management experience (Required)
• 2 years of marketing experience (Required)
• Ability to work onsite in Rogers, AR 72758 (Required)
• 1 year of event planning experience (Preferred)
