Job Description

The Marketing Technology Specialist will manage the marketing technology stack and the web backbone, including HubSpot, the website, campaign tracking, attribution, and executive reporting. The role ensures campaigns are deployable and marketing spend is traceable to programs, personas, and locations. This is an onsite position based in Denton, Texas.

Responsibilities

Manage HubSpot as the core marketing hub, handling lead capture, email and SMS communications, workflows, and reporting.
Oversee the website end-to-end, including WordPress landing page creation, page design and builds, updates, and ongoing site management.
Plan and execute campaigns across web, email, and connected channels, owning the technical deployment from build through launch.
Establish and enforce the PROGRAM-PERSONA campaign code and UTM tracking taxonomy across all channels.
Develop and maintain attribution and location-level cost-per-student and ROI reporting.
Produce the marketing performance dashboard and provide the data feed for the weekly Tower Report.
Launch and manage lifecycle and email nurture programs until this function evolves into its own role.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or CRM/marketing-automation administration.
Hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM/MAP) administration experience.
Working proficiency in WordPress, including building landing pages and templates, managing plugins, and maintaining a production site.
Strong analytical skills with fluency in attribution, UTMs, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
Proven track record in standing up tracking and reporting from limited or missing baselines.
