Marketing Sales Representative

Real Auto Body is hiring a Marketing Sales Representative to expand referrals with dealerships and insurance agents across Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealerships and insurance agents to build and maintain referral relationships
• Promote Real Auto Body’s free vehicle pick-up/delivery and $500 deductible program to drive leads and referrals
• Follow up on leads and complete regular check-ins to stay top of mind
• Coordinate with estimators and the service team to support a strong customer experience for referred jobs
• Track visits, leads, and results, and work toward monthly goals
• Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
• Auto body or collision repair industry knowledge (big plus)
• Existing relationships with local dealers or insurance agents (big plus)
• Confident, personable, and persistent
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer skills

Work Location

• Hybrid remote in Santa Ana, CA 92704

Compensation

• $75,000 - $250,000 per year
• Base salary plus uncapped commission
