MrSteam, part of the American Bath Group, is seeking a Marketing Design and Digital Content Coordinator to join onsite in Inglewood, CA. This role focuses on creating branded marketing assets, developing content, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth. You will work within a collaborative marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials while gaining a strong understanding of our products, customers, and brand positioning. The role offers opportunities to own marketing assets end to end, from concept through production, and to contribute insights from market and competitive research to inform strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce branded collateral for print and digital channels
- Develop brochures, product literature, one-sheets, catalogs, advertisements, trade show materials, and sales support tools
- Create PowerPoint presentations for sales, training, leadership, and customer-facing initiatives
- Maintain visual consistency and enforce brand standards across materials
- Assist with copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content development
- Support email marketing, landing pages, blogs, and marketing automation efforts
- Assist with HubSpot content management and campaign execution
- Help manage digital marketing assets and content workflows
- Support social media and other digital content initiatives as needed
- Prepare materials that clearly communicate product value and competitive advantages
- Develop training materials and customer-facing educational content
- Assist with product launches and product marketing activities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue-generating efforts
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research and summarize findings in presentations
- Provide data, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
- Partner with sales, engineering, operations, leadership, and external vendors
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Organize marketing assets and promotional material inventories
- Support trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives as needed
- Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, and brand positioning
- Independently create high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials
- Deliver professional, accurate, on-brand content consistently
- Support HubSpot and broader digital marketing initiatives
- Build trusted cross-department relationships and contribute meaningful insights
- Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, graphic design, marketing communications, content development, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital marketing work
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience developing marketing collateral and sales support materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
