The Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator role is an on-site position in Texas, supporting proposal responses, industry events, and general marketing activities under the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal content, including resumes, project summaries, technical write-ups, and required forms.
- Conduct proposal compliance checks and participate in color reviews.
- Oversee the master library of proposal data and ensure information stays current.
- May lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager.
- Support the implementation of marketing and proposal strategies.
- Maintain RailPros industry event calendar and related scheduling.
- Handle attendee registrations and secure sponsorships or exhibit space as needed.
- Coordinate event communications and planning with the Marketing Manager.
- Manage packing and shipping of materials for industry events.
- Monitor shared inboxes for marketing and proposal requests.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid organizational capabilities and time management.
- Self-starter who can advance projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a proactive, can-do approach.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively both independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
