Job Description

Bradbury Stamm Construction Inc. seeks a Preconstruction/Marketing Coordinator to support the preconstruction and marketing teams in pursuing new work through proposals, qualifications packages, and client-focused marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refresh the company’s qualification materials, including team resumes, project profiles, and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs).
  • Prepare proposals and related documentation in response to detailed RFP and RFQ requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain bids, qualifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Collect, organize, and track data to support preconstruction and estimating efforts across multiple projects.
  • Assist with proposal scheduling, formatting, printing, and final production under strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, review deliverables, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to preconstruction and marketing teams as needed.

Details

Location: Albuquerque, NM onsite

Salary: USD 65,000 - 90,000 per year

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
