Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development, technical and marketing colleagues across CRB to gather information and refresh content.
• Organize and maintain the pursuit library with project descriptions, resumes and boilerplate language.
• Prepare and coordinate proposal responses, statements of qualifications and interview presentations.
• Create sales collateral that accurately reflects CRB’s capabilities and aligns with brand standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for grammar, consistency, formatting and client requirements.
• Support workload planning, process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of six years of marketing experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, the Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint) and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Team-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Experience responding to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in a professional services environment.
• Advanced graphics, document layout, editing and proofreading capabilities.

Job Description

CRB is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Market Engagement team. This role suits a strong communicator and organizer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has experience supporting pursuit efforts in the AEC industry. You will produce and maintain marketing assets that support sales activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, interview presentations, project descriptions and resumes. Your work will directly support CRB’s aim to win impactful projects in life sciences and food and beverage sectors. This is a hands-on position that blends creativity with meticulous execution.
