Job Description

Berardi Partners, LLC seeks an Architectural Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to elevate the firm’s profile and drive new opportunities in key markets. Based in Columbus, Ohio with a hybrid work arrangement, this role blends careful branding with hands-on proposal management and client outreach. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and at least two years of marketing experience are required to thrive in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing programs and support firm branding across campaigns and day-to-day deliverables.
  • Keep sector collateral up to date, including paradigm statements, sector-specific project sheets, case studies, and team bios/resumes.
  • Update content for the firm’s website and social media channels.
  • Manage proposal and RFP workflows from intake and internal kickoff through production timelines, compliance checks, and submission readiness.
  • Support pursuit materials with a client-ready messaging focus aligned to firm branding.
  • Maintain a library of reusable proposal assets, including templates, project fact sheets, and other bid-ready materials.
  • Support lead generation for market-rate housing, affordable housing, historic preservation, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strategic contact list with principals, including developers, owners, housing partners, GCs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Track follow-ups and next steps after meetings by organizing notes and clarifying opportunity details.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather required project information (summaries, roles, costs, and key details) and arrange image collection for marketing use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications with a minimum of two years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create graphic marketing packages.

Compensation

USD 55,000 to 65,000 per year
