Job Description

The Sr. Marketing Coordinator role supports F.A. Wilhelm Construction Co., Inc. by partnering with corporate leadership, business development, and technical leads to develop proposals, presentations, and award submissions. The position also oversees marketing materials, communications, and the production workflow that supports deadline-driven business needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership, business development, and technical leads to prepare proposals, presentations, and award submissions.
  • Apply discretion and independent judgment in the development of proposals, collateral, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage, coordinate, design, and produce internal and external RFQs/RFPs and proposals in a high-volume, consultative environment.
  • Document and manage the proposal process, including kick-off meetings to set expectations, identify tasks, coordinate responsibilities, and build proposal plans and schedules.
  • Create high-quality submittal documents using layout principles and aesthetic design concepts while following F.A. Wilhelm brand standards.
  • Support coordination and preparation of marketing materials for events, trade shows, publications, and speaking engagements.
  • Review communications and marketing activities, including print and electronic publications, to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Assist with research and content creation for internal and external communications, including website, social media, newsletters, and company announcements.
  • Use firm-wide graphic standards to maintain consistent visual presence in the marketplace.
  • Review final layouts and guide improvements.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource to other team members.
  • Contribute to department performance, supporting completion of projects and goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with A/E/C industry experience preferred.
  • 6-10 years of A/E/C proposal experience in lieu of degree.
  • Extensive working experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge and experience in publishing and production of documents.
  • Demonstrated creative strength with attention to detail, accuracy, and content.
