Job Description
Responsibilities
- Independently initiate and lead the coordination and preparation of prime proposals of all sizes, working directly with technical staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with agency requirements
- Coordinate with and gather materials from subconsultants
- Collaborate with the graphics team and provide oversight on graphics development
- Write non-technical sections of proposals, including cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, resumes, and team qualifications
- Review proposal drafts and final documents to ensure responsiveness, thoroughness, accuracy, and quality
- Support the preparation of presentations and interviews as required
Requirements
- 5+ years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Equivalent
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering/Construction community in Seattle a plus

Additional Information
This position will require full in-office attendance during a training period; upon successful completion, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule.
Physical Demands
Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, involving prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer. Occasional lifting of objects up to 15 lbs may be required.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, determined by experience, education, and skills. The organization also offers performance-based bonuses as part of the compensation package.
