Curl Evolution is hiring a part-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to help manage in-house marketing for Curl Evolution and the product brand Juicy Curls. What you’ll do

You’ll own weekly content and campaign execution, turning marketing ideas into measurable output across email, SMS, blog, and short-form video. You’ll also contribute to product messaging and promotional planning, ensuring brand consistency for both Curl Evolution and Juicy Curls.

Create, build, and schedule 2 marketing emails per week
Create and schedule 1 SMS campaign every two weeks
Develop promotions, educational content, and product messaging
Track email/SMS performance and identify what’s working
Write and publish 1 blog post per week, using SEO best practices to support organic traffic
Repurpose blog content into emails and social media
Assist with Shopify and website content as needed
Create 2 short-form videos per week (generally 30 seconds or less), including filming salon team members, salon services, transformations, education, and behind-the-scenes moments
Edit videos into polished Reels/short-form content, using strong hooks and content opportunities identified inside the salon
Maintain a consistent Curl Evolution and Juicy Curls brand voice

Influencer and PR outreach

You’ll help grow awareness through influencer research and ongoing tracking, while also pursuing PR and founder-led opportunities relevant to Curl Evolution and Juicy Curls.

Research potential influencers and micro-influencers
Conduct influencer outreach and maintain/update an influencer database
Track products sent, responses, posts, content, and follow-ups
Identify potential long-term Juicy Curls ambassadors and partnerships
Research and pursue opportunities including podcasts, media and press opportunities, speaking engagements, beauty and curl-industry collaborations, cosmetology education opportunities, local community partnerships, awards, and business recognition
Support influencer and brand collaborations, including initial outreach and follow-up needed to turn opportunities into conversations

Workflow ownership with AI + a Virtual Assistant

You’ll coordinate the marketing workflow from start to finish by determining what needs to get done, using the resources provided, and ensuring completion.
