Job Description

In Auburn Hills, Michigan, Atlas Copco Group offers a hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist role that blends strategic oversight with practical execution. This position focuses on building and refining digital experiences across the website, marketing automation, paid ads, email, and social channels to drive growth, performance, and successful product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and refine website content and landing pages with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to back new product introductions and marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance site performance by applying UX design, search optimization, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales teams, and subject matter experts to create customer-focused digital content.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize email programs, customer journeys, forms, and landing pages via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Segment audiences, tailor communications, and optimize marketing automation based on campaign performance and insights.
  • Develop and manage paid digital advertising and social campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance with Google Analytics and other reporting tools to drive ongoing improvements and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI, and emerging technologies, proposing and applying innovative strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of digital marketing experience in an industrial manufacturing or automation setting.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining website content with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or an equivalent CMS.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another marketing automation solution.
  • Proven ability planning and running paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and current digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and proven project management abilities.
