Job Description

eCommission Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a marketing web developer to own website health, conversion tracking, and campaign execution from staging through production.

Responsibilities

  • Code and maintain website pages hands-on in a PHP environment, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Create reusable page templates so marketing can launch campaign, landing, and content pages in days
  • Keep the codebase clean and consistent using shared components, a sensible file structure, and version control
  • Own the staging-to-production workflow, including QA across devices and browsers prior to launch
  • Own tracking infrastructure end to end, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking, and pixel management for paid channels
  • Ensure accurate tracking for form fills, signups, and funnel steps, tied back to source so funded-advance reporting reflects real performance
  • Maintain clean data flow between the website, CRM, and marketing reporting, including lead routing and attribution
  • Audit tracking regularly and resolve gaps before they impact reporting
  • Install and maintain HubSpot tracking code across the site, aligned with Google Tag Manager and cookie consent requirements
  • Build and embed HubSpot forms, CTAs, pop-ups, and chat with brand styling; include hidden fields for source, campaign, and page context
  • Connect website forms and the signup funnel to HubSpot using Forms and CRM APIs so leads land in the correct pipeline with complete properties
  • Own HubSpot data mapping including contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead routing rules, and deduplication
  • Build coded HubSpot templates and modules in HubL for emails and any landing pages hosted in HubSpot, aligned with main-site templates
  • Set up behavioral events and webhooks to trigger HubSpot workflows, with QA before release
  • Support HubSpot implementation via testing, migration of existing forms and tracking, and QA of all website-touching elements
  • Monitor and improve how eCommission and Symba appear in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
  • Structure site content, schema markup, and FAQs so AI systems cite the brand accurately for commission advances and agent financial tools
  • Track AI-driven referral traffic and brand mentions, and report visibility trends versus competitors
  • Own organic search performance: keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, and site architecture
  • Manage technical health: crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, redirects, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
  • Partner with content owners to prioritize pages and topics by keyword opportunity and business value for agent and broker audiences
  • Run regular SEO audits and own the fix list through completion
  • Design, code, test, and maintain landing pages for paid media, partner programs, and email campaigns using templates you create
  • Run continuous A/B testing on headlines, forms, offers, and page layouts; document what wins
  • Improve conversion rates across the signup funnel using real user behavior data such as heatmaps and session recordings
  • Maintain brand consistency between ad messaging and landing page content
  • Own CMS responsibilities: manage the content management system, publish and update pages, and keep page inventory current
  • Monitor site reliability including uptime, performance, SSL, and security basics; coordinate with developers or agencies when issues arise
  • Support compliance and accessibility by working with legal and compliance to keep disclosures and state-specific language accurate, and progress toward WCAG accessibility standards
  • Manage vendors and agencies, including web developers, SEO tools, and testing platforms, ensuring delivery against deliverables
  • Deliver a monthly website performance report covering traffic, conversions, SEO rankings, AI visibility, and test results with recommendations
  • Support campaigns by building web pages and forms for product launches, partner co-marketing, events, and seasonal campaigns against marketing deadlines
  • Maintain a prioritized website roadmap backlog and manage improvements based on business impact

  • Experience running A/B tests and CRO on a live site, with results you can explain
