Job Description

Join Jeske Hardware Distributors in an onsite role in Appleton, WI where you will conceptualize and produce marketing and graphic design materials for Jeske Hardware Distributors and Stone Harbor Hardware. You will work closely with the marketing team to support both print and digital initiatives, including social media content, while contributing ideas that keep the work fresh and on-brand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, create, and produce a wide range of print materials such as product catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, promotional materials, product instructions and packaging, and corporate event logos and materials.
  • Develop digital creative in collaboration with the marketing team for channels such as digital ads and website banners.
  • Create and support content for company and brand social media channels in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Maintain alignment with company and brand standards for all materials you produce.
  • Use creativity to develop new materials and innovative solutions for marketing challenges.
  • Stay current on software, technology, and best practices to deliver high-quality work.
  • Support other marketing needs as required, including trade show preparation, prize fulfillment, and promotions.
  • Contribute to team results through related tasks as needed.
  • Have the potential to travel to company events and trade shows.
  • Perform all other duties as required.

What you’ll bring

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in marketing or graphic design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience with HTML and creating email ad campaigns is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency, support research, and streamline workflows while maintaining original, human-created design and final creative output.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, adapt to organizational needs, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), AI tools, HTML, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
