Marketing Graphic Design Specialist

Simformotion LLC is seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist to support its marketing team with strong design execution across print, digital, and web. This hybrid remote role is based in East Peoria, IL (Peoria, Illinois area), with expectations that you can work both remotely and on-site as needed.

The position brings together marketing design, interactive curriculum visuals, video promo and editing support, and ongoing improvements to company web presence. You will also help keep brand consistency across multiple brands while supporting content updates posted with the internal marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop print and digital collateral, including product briefs, infographics, digital ads, and email campaigns; update materials as needed.
• Create interactive graphics for curriculums.
• Manage design work while maintaining and following brand guidelines across multiple brands.
• Coordinate and attend video shoots as needed; edit video assets to produce promos and explainers.
• Contribute to social media content development.
• Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects in parallel.
• Stay current with digital technology developments and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Assist with WordPress site support, including landing pages, data capture forms, and other website design needs.
• Troubleshoot WordPress functional issues as they arise.
• Work with the internal marketing team to post ongoing content, optimizing for SEO, lead conversions, and engagement on company sites.
• Learn and understand product lines to support marketing efforts accurately.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Proven proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with Articulate Rise; additional tools for creative, visual, interactive, or multimedia work are a plus.
• Experience with website design and WordPress development, including familiarity with WordPress concepts such as plugins and themes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working independently and in teams.
• A strong commitment to continual learning and applying new skills.
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Sugar Market CRM is a plus.
