In Cisco’s CX Marketing organization, the CX Video Production Marketing Manager plays a central role in turning complex technical portfolio updates into clear, engaging video storytelling. Based onsite in Research Triangle Park, NC, this position drives end-to-end production, supports executive on-camera readiness through remote A/V coaching, and helps bring high-impact visuals to global flagship moments.
Across video and motion deliverables, you will help maintain visual brand standards while tailoring edits for key channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com. You will also collaborate closely with the Events team to deliver visual experiences designed to reach thousands of stakeholders worldwide.
What you will do
- Produce end-to-end video content that translates complex technical portfolio updates into compelling visual narratives.
- Elevate executive presence by providing expert remote A/V coaching for the CX On Message series to capture authentic, impactful on-camera performance.
- Increase social engagement using high-energy b-roll, kinetic typography, and platform-optimized edits tailored for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com.
- Partner with the Events team to power global flagship events with cutting-edge visual experiences for thousands of stakeholders.
- Maintain visual brand standards across all assets to ensure consistent quality and alignment with the overarching CX strategy.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end video production, including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Demonstrated project management experience handling high-volume assets and tight review cycles.
- A professional portfolio showcasing advanced narrative storytelling, motion graphics, and editorial pacing.
Additional expectations
- Proven ability to provide A/V coaching to senior leadership to support comfortable, authentic on-camera performance.
- Familiarity with production and collaboration tools such as Riverside Studio, Descript, and Frame.io.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for navigating feedback from diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in vendor management, including briefing and overseeing external creative partners or agencies.
- Proven ability to maintain creative quality and professional composure under pressure during shifting schedules.

Compensation and location
This onsite role is located in Research Triangle Park, NC and offers a salary range of USD 104,100 - 177,100 per year. The application window is expected to close on 10/02/2026.

- The starting salary range posted reflects the projected salary range for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
- Individual pay is determined by hiring location, market conditions, and job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
- U.S. employees may be eligible for benefits and restricted stock units subject to Cisco’s plan eligibility rules and policies.
- Employees in Illinois participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.
