Job Description

TNT Crane & Rigging is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to capture and create field-driven marketing assets. This onsite role in Houston focuses on writing, editing, and distributing photo and video content, maintaining daily social media operations, and producing print materials that support company goals.

Role Overview

In this maker-focused position, you will produce marketing content that reflects the company’s daily work, from short-form video and social posts to case studies, email campaigns, and printed collateral. You will collaborate with branch managers and leadership to plan shoots, capture accurate visuals, and tell the story of crane, rigging, transportation, and specialized lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, design, and produce marketing content across digital and print channels, including social posts, project spotlights, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Edit photo and video into finished, brand-consistent deliverables such as vertical short-form video, project reels, equipment highlights, and employee features.
  • Maintain an organized, searchable digital asset library for photos, video, logos, and approved templates to support reuse across teams.
  • Transform a single shoot into multiple assets across formats and channels.
  • Travel periodically to job sites, branch locations, and company events to capture photo and video of active operations.
  • Coordinate shoots in advance with branch and project leadership, including site access, customer permissions, and safety briefings.
  • Follow all site safety requirements, including required PPE, site orientation, and direction from the site supervisor, and ensure content capture never interferes with active lifts or operations.
  • Build relationships with branch personnel so field teams submit content and receive basic guidance on capturing usable photos and video.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Maintain and run a rolling content calendar that supports consistent posting across branches, service lines, and recruiting needs.
  • Write copy tailored to each platform, schedule posts, and publish on a consistent cadence.
  • Monitor comments and direct messages, respond or route inquiries to the proper internal contact, and escalate sensitive items promptly.
  • Track engagement, reach, and follower growth, report results monthly, and adjust approach based on performance.
  • Support paid social and digital advertising execution, including creative development and campaign setup.
  • Design and produce printed collateral such as capability sheets, service line brochures, branch one-pagers, trade show graphics, banners, signage, and recruiting materials.
  • Develop advertisements for industry publications, directories, event programs, and local media while meeting publication specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with print vendors and promotional product suppliers by gathering quotes, submitting press-ready files, proofreading, and confirming delivery.
  • Maintain and distribute branded apparel, safety decals, vehicle graphics, and promotional items to branches as requested.
  • Apply brand standards consistently across all deliverables and support on-brand execution in locally produced branch materials.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, open houses, and internal company events with signage, giveaways, photography, and post-event content.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources to create hiring-related content for operators, riggers, and field personnel.
  • Organize project files, approvals, and deadlines, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
