Location and work model
Location: San Diego, CA 92126. Work model: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92126. Ability to commute to 92126 is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives for Carnegie's acoustic solutions portfolio.
- Manage and develop a small marketing team, setting priorities, workflows, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Design Services, and Sales Enablement to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets across digital, print, social media, email, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Manage website content, digital marketing initiatives, SEO, email campaigns, and marketing performance metrics.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all customer-facing communications and marketing channels.
- Coordinate trade shows, showroom events, public relations, award submissions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Continuously improve marketing processes, project management, and operational efficiency while managing external agencies and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 6–9 years of marketing experience, preferably within commercial interiors, architecture/design, building products, or related industries
- 2–4 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong operational and time-management abilities
- Experience working across digital marketing platforms, CMS systems, Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with website management, content development, and integrated marketing execution across multiple channels
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach and openness to feedback
- Understanding of the A&D industry and specification-driven sales environments preferred
- Interest in commercial interiors, design, photography, and visual storytelling a plus
