Marketing Product Manager(English-Korean Bilingual)

The Marketing Product Manager at Korean Food Wholesale is an onsite bilingual English-Korean role based in City of Industry, California. The position leads end-to-end product development, competitive analysis, profitability assessment, and go-to-market execution across categories, with support for new product development pipelines and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products from concept through commercialization across all categories.
• Conduct competitive analyses and research industry trends to guide product development direction.
• Evaluate current and future product lines for profitability and viability; prepare reports and present recommendations to leadership.
• Assist in developing and executing short-term new product development pipelines to support long-term brand objectives and business goals.
• Support go-to-market planning and ensure successful launch execution.
• Monitor the effectiveness of product launch campaigns and share insights with relevant business teams.
• Develop trade promotion materials for trade shows and brand related events.
• Manage product specifications and sales information, including sell sheets and brochures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the food industry; CPG brand marketing experience is essential.
• Proven history in marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize projects.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights is a plus.
• Influencing skills and a collaborative team-based approach; capable of managing and motivating people.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.
