Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Join Tidal Grow AgriScience, a division of Tidal Vision, to showcase innovative biological solutions to the farming community. This Marketing Specialist role focuses on crafting social media narratives, sales and marketing collateral, and digital and print assets that clearly communicate product value to growers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. The position is based in Bellingham, Washington with remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Create, write, and publish original content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with seasonal agronomic cycles, campaigns, trade shows, and product launches
- Capture field content from customer visits, trials, industry events, and conferences and repurpose for multiple channels
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in agricultural marketing
- Produce on‑brand content for brochures, sell sheets, technical bulletins, email campaigns, ads, website pages, and trade show materials
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer‑facing messaging
- Collaborate with sales, agronomy, product development, and commercial teams to support positioning and campaigns
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Design print and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Develop social graphics, presentation materials, sales collateral, and branded assets
- Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all communications
- Utilize design tools and content creation software to support marketing initiatives
- Assist with trade show planning, booth materials, promotional items, and event communications
- Support photography, videography, and content gathering activities
- Track campaign performance and report metrics to leadership
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and projects as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content development, or related fields
- Travel estimated at 10–25%
- Experience in the agricultural industry
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience managing social media content and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and content creation tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality output
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining authentic, human‑centered content
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Agricultural Communications, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS workflows
- Experience supporting product launches, field marketing, or agricultural sales organizations
- Existing relationships with or knowledge of agricultural media, trade shows, and industry organizations
