Stay Connected Management Inc is hiring a Event Marketing & Community Engagement Representative for a full-time W2 role based in Minneapolis, MN with onsite work across the Minneapolis and Twin Cities area. In this position, you’ll represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns at live events and high-traffic outreach locations, connecting with people face-to-face and supporting campaign fundraising goals through education and relationship building.
You’ll start each day interacting with the public in person, not working behind a desk. The work centers on conversation and storytelling: helping individuals understand the mission and impact of the nonprofits you represent, guiding interested supporters through donor enrollment, and maintaining accurate campaign information while working toward individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns at live events and high-traffic outreach locations
- Engage members of the public in face-to-face conversations

- Learn each nonprofit partner’s mission, programs, and impact
- Communicate compelling stories about the causes represented
- Ask questions to learn what resonates with each individual

- Discuss opportunities to support represented organizations
- Assist interested individuals through the donor enrollment process

- Support event setup, promotional materials, and campaign presentation
- Participate in ongoing communication, fundraising, and leadership training
- Collaborate with the team to improve event and campaign performance

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: USD 52,467 - 63,186 per year.
Weekly Pay: USD 900 - 1,200 per week.

Work Environment
This is an in-person event marketing, community engagement, and fundraising role serving the Minneapolis and surrounding Twin Cities market. The position is not remote, and it is not work-from-home, telemarketing, or call-center fundraising. You’ll work directly with members of the public at designated event, retail, and community outreach locations.
