Job Description
Lead regional marketing and community outreach to promote the practice, with a focus on social media, digital content, and proactive outreach. Collaborate with corporate marketing, public relations, and business development to strengthen referral networks and host patient events, using data to optimize strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy for social media, digital content, physician outreach, and community and business relationship development.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral sources (physicians, office staff, clinicians, etc.) through regular communication (in-person, phone, email, events) to support patient referral growth.
- Plan and coordinate patient-facing events to enhance brand awareness, including information sessions, community events, and conferences, while maintaining an outreach calendar for HRC physicians.
- Track and report weekly referral volume by source, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional marketing, PR, business development, and internal teams (call center, digital design, office leadership) to develop materials and support project execution.
- Analyze marketing and outreach data and conduct market research to inform branding and business development opportunities.
- Manage advertising efforts across appropriate channels and oversee regional vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure all marketing, media, and outreach activities align with organizational guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in related study (Required)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Required)
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop (or similar), MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) (Required)
