Job Description
Beck Motor Company seeks a Marketing and Community Engagement Manager to lead advertising campaigns, digital marketing, CRM, social media, and community events across its dealership brands. This onsite role in Pierre, SD, requires collaboration with every department and external partners to advance the business across Chevrolet, Cadillac, Service, Parts, and the Collision Center.
Location and Compensation
Location: Pierre, SD (onsite). Compensation: USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate community engagement events and activities
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and program development
- Collaborate with all departments to promote the Chevrolet and Cadillac brands, plus Service, Parts, and the Collision Center
- Develop and launch new advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics
- Collaborate with media partners and external agencies
- Organize community blood drives
- Coordinate promotions tied to youth sports
- Plan and execute dealership fundraisers
- Represent Beck Motor Company at local events with professionalism
- Manage both traditional and digital advertising efforts
- Oversee social media activities and CRM marketing programs
- Maintain collaboration with outside agencies and local media
- Uphold the dealership's reputation and brand standards
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
- Measure campaign performance and prepare clear reports
- Identify innovative ways to connect with customers
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or related fields (preferred)
- Several years of marketing or promotional experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (minimum 2 years)
- Two years of experience in digital marketing and CRM
- Two years of general marketing or promotional experience
- Ability to commute to Pierre, SD 57501
