Job Description

This full-time role in Tucson, AZ offers a hybrid work arrangement and centers on creating engaging social content, building relationships with prospective members, and converting online engagement into qualified opportunities through data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain the organization’s presence across social channels by delivering educational and engaging content.
  • Foster relationships with prospective members by promptly responding to comments, messages, and other digital interactions.
  • Nurture marketing-qualified leads and connect them with the appropriate resources or with the sales team when readiness is reached.
  • Partner with executive leadership to repurpose webinars, podcasts, blogs, and other content into compelling social campaigns.
  • Utilize HubSpot and marketing analytics to track engagement, identify content opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations and engagement trends to help shape future marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Enjoy building relationships and generating meaningful conversations that educate and engage prospective customers.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across multiple social platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities without loss of momentum.
  • Comfortable collaborating with executive leadership while independently managing projects.
  • Proficient in using data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
  • Quick to learn new technology and adept at working across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-focused team environment that delivers value.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability as priorities evolve while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not required now or in the future.
