Job Description
Brookfield Health and Wellness, LLC is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator to elevate the clinic's visibility and forge meaningful partnerships in the Brookfield area. This onsite role blends marketing, public relations, and community engagement, serving as a brand ambassador who connects with patients and local wellness networks to support growth and sustainable relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead targeted marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic's profile and attract new patients, partnering with the Social Media Coordinator and management to design and execute strategies aligned with clinic goals.
- Plan and execute community wellness programs inside and outside the clinic, including networking events, health fairs, farmers markets, lunch and learns, corporate wellness relationships, and referral partnerships with related providers.
- Contribute to content strategy across marketing channels and digital assets, including advertising, social media, and the website, featuring monthly client testimonials.
- Build relationships and secure opportunities to increase local and regional visibility, driving patient acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrate experience in researching, writing, and delivering articles, press releases, advertising copy, and other publication content on deadlines.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to set goals and provide management with recommendations, insights, strategies and updates.
- Display strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to confidently represent the clinic at networking events, community engagements, presentations, and clinic tours.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing, sales, public relations or community outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of self-direction and the ability to balance desk-based work with active community engagement.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to generate new ideas, troubleshoot challenges, develop effective solutions and deliver results.
- Photography and video experience are a plus.
