Field Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Join Nothing Bundt Franchising, LLC in Dallas, TX as a Field Marketing Coordinator (onsite). In this role, you’ll support local bakery teams with social media execution, field marketing coordination, and performance reporting for New Bakery Openings, Grand Openings, and Bakery Birthdays. You’ll help turn local efforts into measurable results while partnering closely with Brand, Creative, Digital, and Operations to keep messaging aligned.
What you’ll do
- Act as the day-to-day lead and administrator for the Local Social platform (SOCi), which powers localized social content for the bakeries.
- Develop and manage guides and training materials that support successful platform adoption and consistent brand storytelling at the local level.
- Monitor engagement, usage, and content performance and prepare monthly reports with best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver one-on-one and group coaching to bakery users to strengthen social execution and community engagement.
- Assist Field Marketing Managers with the executional and logistical needs for New Bakery Openings, Grand Openings, and Bakery Birthdays.
- Support post NBO opening 90-day recap reviews.
- Gather and organize data to support marketing program efforts and performance reviews, including local marketing activities, sales trends, and digital metrics.
- Partner with the Field Marketing team to identify underperforming bakeries and contribute to local action plans using data-driven insights.
- Help create marketing tools, guides, and resources to make local marketing more accessible and effective across the bakery system.
- Maintain organized marketing documentation and ensure updates are communicated across the system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to maintain alignment.
What you bring
- Familiarity with social media management tools or platforms, such as Sprout, SOCi, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for supporting local businesses and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a multi-unit, franchise, or retail environment.
