Job Description

Rhythm is seeking a part-time Community Marketing and Enrollment Coordinator to grow preschool and academy programs by engaging families, creating social media content, coordinating events, and traveling across the Greater Houston area.

Responsibilities

  • Visit partner schools and class locations to connect with families before and after class
  • Build strong relationships with parents and confidently answer questions about Rhythm programs
  • Encourage trial classes and support new student enrollment
  • Capture engaging photos and videos during classes for social media channels
  • Create behind-the-scenes and community‑focused content
  • Organize quarterly promotional events and open houses
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team on enrollment initiatives
  • Track marketing activities and enrollment outcomes
  • As the role grows, assist with light outreach to prospective schools and community partners

Requirements

  • Friendly, naturally outgoing demeanor
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with parents
  • Passionate about children and early childhood education
  • Confidently communicate the value of programs without being pushy
  • Creative with social media and short-form video
  • Organized and dependable
  • Professional in representing the Rhythm brand
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel throughout the Houston area
